Random selections are drawn on a quarterly or monthly basis. Notifications will be sent to your Designated Employer Representative (DER) via FAX or secure e-mail. Drug screen collections can be performed in our clinic or at a number of locations around the country. Drug screen results are reviewed by a certified MRO and MRO Assistant and reported to your DER via fax or secure e-mail.
